General Information:

We offer motorized operated fully automatic rotary screw capping machines. We have models starting from single head followed by four head, six head and eight head. In automatic machines, the bottles are loaded on conveyor manually at entry and all other process of filling will be done automatically. If needed, conveyors of both filling and capping machine can be merged so bottles after filling will be transferred automatically from filling conveyor to capping conveyor. The speed of capping machine can be synchronized as per the speed of filling machine with the help of Variable Speed drive. Some bottles are given worm feed entry with the help of which the bottles are loaded into star plate with timing at high speed. We can also Synchronize Turn Tables and Collection tables at start and end of the capping machines if needed.

We can offer any customization in the machine as per the requirement of the customers. Machines are provided with spring loaded capping head or also Magnetic Torque Adjuster type capping heads which holds the caps and rotates them with a standard torque applied by the head.

Machines are designed and constructed by qualified engineers with good quality material and components which gives best quality output and least breakdowns.

14/16/18 inch vibratory bowl provided which can hold 300-400 caps.
Well-designed delivery chute with adjustable height so that pick up of cap is done smooth.
Base of the bottle is provided with silicone rubber which can absorb pressure.
Star plate designed as per the size of the bottle provided.
Machine Body Painted covered with SS 304 sheet.
Easy change over parts.
Indexing with help of Geneva mechanism in single head model.
Slat chain conveyor of SS with adjustable bottle guides mounted.
ON/OFF switch to start and stop the machine
Siemens/ABB/Delta/Schneider make Variable Speed drive for filling process as well as conveyor.
Inching switch for testing/settings.
Emergency Stop Button to stop all operation
All Contact parts can be dissembled for cleaning purpose.
Suitable size castor wheels provided.
Machine Rested on Adjustable Bolts.
Pneumatic holding of bottles are provided while capping in case of special air tight sealing of caps required.
